The class teaches a system of movements that fully integrate the body, mind and spirit. Our yoga instructor trains people in flexibility, mobility and joint integrity that has a lot of benefit to fighters. This class emphasizes the application of Yoga for martial artists and anyone who is serious about movement.

Class is held on Tuesday nights (08:00 to 09:00 pm)
