Our Facility

We have 160 square meters of high quality mats on area 1 and 100 sqm on area 2. They are both disinfected daily with high quality plant based disinfectant so you can enjoy your training at a clean and germ free environment. Brand new amenities were recently built with a shower area in case you need to work after training.

We are located at the back of the Greenway & Banks complex which offers 150 free car spaces, however if you prefer to come by train, it is only a 10 minute walk from either Sydenham or St Peters stations.
